I founded Mobile Physio Adelaide to bridge the gap between high-level clinical expertise and the convenience of mobile care. My goal is to eliminate the barriers to recovery—whether that's travel stress or rigid appointment times.

My practice centres on Fascial Counterstrain, a manual therapy technique that works with the body's fascial system. This whole-person, holistic approach addresses the fascial and nervous system together to help manage chronic tension and support natural movement recovery. Treatment is gentle, non-manipulative, and designed with the whole body in mind.

In the occupational health space, I focus on the "Service Specialist" approach—providing Adelaide's industrial and logistics sectors with high-velocity triage and reliable functional capacity screenings.
